Perennial. Grown for its attractive ivy-shaped leaves which form a dense mat, this is an ideal groundcover. An excellent plant for edging paths, it has a low, spreading habit. The flowers are similar to Queen Anne's Lace and can be used as a cut flower. You should remove the faded blooms to prevent self-sowing if you so desire. 'Variegatum', which is pictured, is the most widely grown cultivar.
