Hardy Perennial. A lofty perennial that reaches to 8 feet with its spires of profuse and delicate pink flower clusters. It is definately the queen of any perennial border. Blooming from early to mid-summer, this hardy perennial needs lots of room to grow and will spread to a large, lush clump. 'Venusta' is the most common cultivar and bears deep pink to rose-colored blooms.
